Refund Policy

First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't, we offer you a 14-day return policy on most items. To start a return, you must contact us first!  Please email skepsisrecordings@gmail.com to start a return. Please note, Items returned to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

• Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes: If you have a new and unopened LP/CD/Cassette, you can return it within 14 days of the date received. All we ask is to make sure that the product is is in the same exact condition as when you received it, and that it is still sealed. Return shipping will need to be paid for by the purchaser. Note: If the product is NOT sealed but in sellable condition, we will consider a return but it would require a restocking fee of 25%. Please contact us to sort this out. If you think your record, cd, or cassette is defective please contact us within the return period. We will do our best to get this resolved for you so you can get back to head-banging.

• Clothing: Sizing varies and  we understand if a product doesn't fit just right. We are happy to exchange a size if available or return it within 14 days. We just ask that the item is still in new condition just as you received it. Return shipping is paid for by the purchaser. We DO NOT take returns on items that have been washed or worn. 

PREORDERS

Products that are marked for preorder will ship in accordance to the dates listed in the items description. Shipping dates are subject to change due to supplier delays. 

In stock orders will generally be processed within two to five (2-5) business days, but may take longer during busier times. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Items out of stock or on backorder may require a longer wait so please bare with us.
